IT System Analyst - Bright Future

Hi! Our client - an awesome software development company (they were rewarded the Mobile Trends Award several times) with focus on IoT is looking for an experienced IT System Analyst , ready to work with amazing people for clients such as Reserved, Morizon or Żabka.

We Expect An IT System Analyst To Have

• at least 3 years of professional experience in IT Systems Analysis, preferably with mobile software solutions,
• great communication skills, the ability to ask the right questions and drill deep to get valuable answers,
• experience in carrying out workshops and interviews with clients,
• experience with Docker and CI/CD,
• knowledge of relevant methodologies for drawing up software requirements and business processes,
• knowledge of issues and tools related to systems integration,
• great analytical skills, adaptability, self-reliance, creativity,
• preferably a technical degree,
• experience in working with clients at all levels of large and small organizations,
• good command of English.

You Will Be Responsible For

• working with the clients to gather information about their needs and business processes, and translating them into functional requirements,
• drawing up clear and concise software user stories, use cases, and project specifications,
• converting the gathered information into actionable backlog,
• modeling processes and designing software to support them,
• supporting software engineers in the process of development,
• drawing up cost estimates in cooperation with our sales team and software architects.
