You will be given product training and excellent support within organization.

Job Description

You will be responsible for profitable sales growth by developing sales opportunities and acquiring new customers (OEMs, System integrators and Distributors) based in Thailand in the Factory Automation segment with responsibility for electric drives and controls products and solutions (business area Automation and Electrification).

Qualifications

Education: At least Bachelor degree in in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of successful technical sales working experience with proven track record within a B2B environment, preferably in the area of Industrial Automation. Experience in electric drives (servo, frequency converters), motion control system and PLC will have an added advantage

Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai.

Hardware / Software Skills: Good business communication skills, technical know-how, business presentation and public speaking. Ability for engagement and interacting with executive management, senior engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing.

Characteristics: Positive attitude and responsiveness towards customers, winning mindset and team spirit, independent, versatile, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem solving at technical, commercial, and operational level. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to embrace the sales and promotion of Bosch Rexroth products in multiple technologies within Factory Automation solutions and services.
