Job description

The Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Coordinator (PRAd Coordinator) works with the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Strategist and Director in supporting centralized and site advertisement campaign and supporting clinical team with recruitment of patients.

This role will be perfect for you if:

  • You have 2 years’ experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • You have experience with global advertisement IRB submissions
  • You have good experience with Microsoft office (Excel and Powerpoint specifically)
  • You have knowledge of clinical trial filing systems and process

Responsibilities

The Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Coordinator:

  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement (PRAd) Strategist in preparing patient recruitment strategies options to be presented at Kick Off meetings
  • Supports PRAd Strategist in developing the project level recruitment strategy plan
  • Supports the PRAd Strategist in the creation of enrolment trackers with recruitment projections using CTMS or other system/tracker
  • Participates in monitoring the progression of subject enrolment to ensure target can be achieved and supports the PRAd Strategist in proposing improvements in recruitment strategies, as necessary, in collaboration with the Project Manager and/or clinical team
  • Assists clinical team by communicating with clinical sites to gather information on enrollment status and challenges.
  • When applicable, and with the support of the PRAd Strategist offers guidance to sites on ways to achieve their recruitment target using their advertisement budget
  • When applicable, works with sites on referral management from centralized campaigns in North America and EU
  • Supports the PRAd Strategist in creating and designing images and script advertisements for studies, in respect of Media’s and appropriate ethics committee’s current guidelines
  • Coordinates global advertisement IRB submission and approval process
  • Monitors shared boxes internal and external. May need to contact patients and/or sites in response
  • Monitors and compiles web, email, and social networking analytics to be used to assess advertisement strategies efficacy.
  • Supports the PRAd Strategist in identifying changes and improvements if needed
  • Assists in site invoice management
  • Ensures that all project relevant documentation is sent for filing in eTMF and archiving

Requirements: **

Education**

  • BA/BS required, preferably in Communications or related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO industry

Knowledge And Skills

  • Good knowledge of good clinical practice, ICH standards and applicable regulations
  • Website publishing experience is an asset
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, content management systems
  • Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop experience is an asset
  • WebTrends, Google Analytics or other analytics platform (Spredfast, Brandwatch) experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in web governance and digital media is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
