Your missions

Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is looking to hire a Language Support Specialist, who will take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in Lithuanian and Latvian language.

Job Responsibilities:

taking calls and providing initial advice to B2B partners in Lithuanian and Latvian language;
communication with partners about the on-going cases, providing regular updates on the progress;
helping other operation teams with the communication in Lithuanian and Latvian language;
handling info requests for B2B partners;
recording information in the CRM system about work done;

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
- main task of translating: calls to hotels for the precheck team, the incidents team and translations of letters.;
- communication with partners about ongoing cases, providing regular updates on the progress;
- helping other operation teams with communication in the Spanish language;
- handling info requests for B2B partners;
- recording information in the CRM system about work done;
