  • Job Title: Lead Fullstack Software Engineer**

  • Role Overview:**

This rapidly growing firm is seeking a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to help organizations achieve their digital goals. The company is known for its innovative solutions that streamline business processes, improving customer and employee experiences, and enhancing business outcomes.

  • Job Description:**

The Lead Fullstack Software Engineer will participate in various projects, helping larger organizations embrace digital transformation. You'll play a vital role in transforming low code IT landscapes into AWS cloud-native serverless systems using TypeScript, and creating new solutions from scratch.

  • Projects Youll Contribute To:**

You may work on diverse projects like a CIM project, greenfield project, AWS Cloud native serverless, helping in the energy transition, a private investment app, and a green trading platform.

  • Key Skills and Experience:**

Hard Skills:

  • A technical BSc or MSc degree in relevant fields (Informatics/Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Aerospace Engineering)
  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Software Development
  • Experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, TypeScript with Angular or React
  • Familiarity with best practices such as CI/CD, test-driven development, infrastructure as code, trunk-based development, pair programming, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Active participant in technical and product design decisions
  • Ability to provide valuable input and advise the client

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary range: 81.060 94.020
  • 6.000 - 7.000 gross monthly salary
  • 275 bonus on a monthly basis
  • Holiday allowance: 8%
  • 775 mobility/lease car budget
  • Unlimited monthly education budget
  • Competitive salary with a commission scheme
  • Net phone and expense allowance (90 euros per month for full-time)

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working possible (Days at the office: 1 / Home: 4)

  • Application Process:**
  • Initial interview to evaluate candidate's profile and suitability for a technical role.
  • Codility test to assess technical skills.
  • Final interview with the Technology Officer of the region and the director to discuss employment terms.
