IT Security Engineer

I’m working with Germany’s leading Green Energy provider, with the goal to make Germany greener, more climate change friendly and less energy dependent on fossil fuels. Given the world situation, this is a booming industry right now and couldn’t be more topical. Plus, they are a billion revenue company! Not only do they provide green energy, but other sustainable products such as solar panels and e-charging solutions. They are looking for a Security Engineer who has experience in an Azure cloud environment to be a security generalist at the company.

What to expect:
You will carry out security analysis and develop and use security tools based on the results, as well as detect possible threats or software errors, identify vulnerabilities and find ways to solve them. Further, you will support us in designing IT services and infrastructure in such a way that security and data protection are guaranteed, as well as collaborate with the development teams and ensure safe software development. Additionally, you will contribute to the integration of security solutions into CI/CD pipelines and administer our vulnerability management for hardware and software products and establish plans for remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

Requirements:
