We're a remote-first and completely distributed team, so we can work wherever home is. And WiFi. Each employee receives a remote allowance to create a remote environment at home and a coworking budget. Each employee benefits from our flexible hour policy. Care is one of our main values. We provide access to Moka.care (coaches, psychologists, etc.). Every new parent gets a minimum of 16 weeks of parental leave. Every Strapiers gets 5 days a year for difficult and unexpected situations with no need to provide any proof of justification.

Work environment

Work from home:

You'll need a good internet connection to be able to attend meetings with video and use Strapi and a quiet environment free from distractions where it is possible to take a call on Zoom, Discord, or Google Meet. Headphones may be used for meetings to avoid echo and ensure good sound quality.

Work from anywhere:

As a global remote-first company, Strapi encourages Strapiers to work from wherever they are most pleased! Following some instructions, everyone can ask to work abroad (for less than 6 months in the year, due to legal and fiscal requirements).

Coworking available:

We have a 'historical" coworking space in Paris (you can work from there 2 days per week) + 450 $ budget for a coworking space rental

Working days

From Monday to Friday:

Strapiers operate scheduled hours suited to participate in all meetings concerning their job (All hands meeting every Monday at 6 pm CET + Team meetings + Training)

PTO Policy

Extra Holidays:

🙏🏼Emergency Days: Minimum 5 days a year for difficult and unexpected situations with no need to provide any proof of justification. 🌻Min 5 weeks of paid time off, wherever you are based.

Extra Parental Leave:

🐣 Min 16 weeks parental leave policy for everyone and both parents.
